🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years enterprise sales leadership with recruiting top AEs.
  • Proven history of overachievement as an enterprise seller and leader.
  • Ability to lead and motivate AEs with a One Team One Dream mindset.
  • Passion for field sales and closing deals with Economic Buyers.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally and co-selling with external partners.
  • Experience building outbound selling culture and driving pipeline generation.
