  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience recruiting and retaining senior AEs.
  • Motivate AEs with a One Team One Dream mindset.
  • Cross-functional leadership with Marketing, CS, Product, RevOps.
  • Experience with co-selling and external partnerships.
