🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years enterprise sales leadership with track record of recruiting and retaining senior AEs.
  • Proven overachievement as an enterprise seller and strong leader of high-performing teams.
  • Natural ability to lead and motivate AEs with a One Team One Dream mindset.
  • Passion for field sales, direct engagement with Economic Buyers, and closing enterprise opportunities.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally and co-selling with external partners.
  • Land-and-expand sales expertise and data-driven enterprise strategy.
