  • 5+ years enterprise sales leadership with recruiting senior AEs
  • Proven track record of overachievement as enterprise seller/leader
  • Motivate AEs with a One Team One Dream mindset
  • Passion for field sales; engage Economic Buyers in enterprise deals
  • Partner cross-functionally and co-sell with external partners
  • Land and expand expertise with data-driven decisions
  • Experience building outbound selling culture and pipeline
