  • Team Leadership: Manage Territory Managers and mentor them to hit sales targets.

  • Performance Management: Track and report sales performance to leadership.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years medical device sales with a track record of success in complex environments.
  • 5+ years leadership experience, preferably regional or national sales management.
  • Experience selling into the ED and/or ICU.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.
