- 10+ years medical device sales with a track record of success in complex environments.
- 5+ years leadership experience, preferably regional or national sales management.
- Experience selling into the ED and/or ICU.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
