📋 Description

• Lead collection targets and control flow for the assigned area.
• Manage large team of collection officers and track performance.
• Ensure documented feedback and area bucket/segment coverage.
• Set and monitor productivity parameters for agencies/in-house teams.
• Review performance with collections executives weekly.
• Oversee background checks on agencies; identify training needs.

🎯 Requirements

• People Management Skills.
• More than 8 years of relevant experience in Collections role.
• Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Negotiations skills - strong bias for driving results in a High performance environment.
• Education: Graduation/ Post Graduation preferred.
