Role Overview

As a Content Strategist (Contract), you will develop and execute Reddit's content strategy, define editorial guidelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling, on-brand content that supports business goals and community engagement.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Reddit’s brand voice and objectives.
Plan and manage editorial calendars, workflows, and governance for content projects.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and community teams to create high-quality content assets.
Optimize content for engagement, accessibility, and SEO, using data-driven insights to iterate.
Define and maintain content standards, tone, and editorial guidelines across channels.
Analyze performance metrics and reporting to inform future content initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience in content strategy, editorial planning, and copywriting.
Strong ability to translate business goals into scalable content plans.
Experience with content analytics, SEO basics, and performance measurement.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently in a remote UK-based environment.
