Partner with Talent Ops, recruiters, and hiring managers to scale processes to hiring goals.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree
5+ years in recruiting coordination in tech, with leadership experience
Data-driven decisions using scheduling metrics and recruiting analytics dashboards
Strong project management from scoping to execution
Experience with ATS platforms (Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby) and scheduling automation
