📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for non-technical roles; some tech may arise.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Support intake meetings and recruiting syncs with updates and next steps.
• Execute recruiting operations: timelines, progress, and risk updates.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
• Use data to inform searches: monitor funnel health and trends.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for multiple non-technical functions (e.g. Business, Marketing, Design, People).
• Ability to manage multiple searches at once with strong organization and candidate experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; build trust with hiring partners.
• Experience using recruiting data (pipeline metrics, conversion rates) to inform approach.
• Comfortable ideating, building, and experimenting with AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Experience with ATS/CRM tools like Gem, Brighthire, Guide, and Greenhouse.
