- 6+ years full-cycle recruiting in a competitive industry; 2+ years in Business/Product roles
- Experience partnering directly with Hiring Managers
- Experience evaluating candidates for behavioral fit and role competencies
- Experience sourcing passive candidates with LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
- Experience in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Expertise using an ATS (Lever) to build metrics, sourcing strategies, and pipelines
