Receiving Inspector

📋 Description

• Perform receiving inspection of incoming components, assemblies, and materials per certifications and specs.
• Verify material conformance with paperwork, check for damage, part numbers, and quantity.
• Communicate with internal customers and suppliers to resolve discrepancies.
• Approve or reject items and document inspection results.
• Contribute to a culture of quality workmanship and skills development.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of manufacturing or quality experience.
• Experience inspecting harnessing, circuit cards, electronic boxes, and sub-assemblies.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings (electrical schematics and assembly drawings).
• Basic understanding of GD&T and machining processes.
• Basic understanding of electronics and electrical assembly processes.
• Knowledge of measurement and inspection tools: micrometers, DMMs, durometers, ohmmeters, testers.
