📋 Description

  • Review client-reported compliance cases and resolve issues within required timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to investigate issues and remediation.
  • Perform compliance reviews across websites, social media ads, ad campaigns and creative mock-ups.
  • Apply financial regulations, client and QuinStreet guidelines to identify risks, document findings.
  • Conduct content audits and validate results; remove false positives and summarize findings.
  • Maintain accurate case notes, audit documentation, and status updates to support tracking and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail; apply compliance guidelines to high-volume content.
  • 2+ years in customer service, compliance, QA, or data-driven roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs preferred).
