Maintain quality and inventory records for receiving inspection
Coordinate rework activities with responsible part owners and supplier quality engineers
Lead strategic continuous improvement for receiving, QA audits, and vehicle release
Collaborate with Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, and Vehicle Development to resolve issues
Assist PFMEA and Control Plans development to ensure risk mitigation
Communicate results clearly and drive issues to closure

🎯 Requirements

BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 4 years in manufacturing environment (automotive/aviation/contract)
Advanced problem-solving (Shainin Red X, Six Sigma Black/Green) with quality improvements
Strong planning, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier experience
Experience with SAP, MES, JIRA for data extraction and reporting
ASQ CQE or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
