Lead, develop, and support test and inspection plans per specs.
Perform tests per Quality plans; analyze data and report results.
Create and maintain documentation and records of test operations.
Troubleshoot, debug, and perform root-cause analysis for software/hardware faults.
Perform cable and harness assembly testing and troubleshooting.
Operate inspection and test fixtures or equipment; train others as needed.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
3+ years in quality, autonomous vehicle manufacturing, electro-mechanical assembly, robotics, or related.
Experience with programming/scripting (C++, Python or equivalents).
Experience debugging complex electronic assemblies and/or cable assemblies.
Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
IPC 610/620 certification (desirable).
