- Lead supplier/CM industrialization from design to ramp-up.
- Lead APQP and manage PPAP with suppliers and OEMs.
- Develop pFMEA, Control Plan, MSAs, DOEs for APQP/PPAP.
- Support dFMEAs, PFDs, and work instructions with NPI teams.
- Monitor supplier quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead root cause and corrective actions for quality issues.
🎯 Requirements
- B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Eng, or related.
- 5+ years in quality, supplier quality, or manufacturing.
- Hands-on with launching new products and quality systems.
- Strong experience with supplier audits, APQP, PPAP, ramp-ups.
- Proficient with SPC, 8D, tolerancing, and quality toolbox.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- GD&T and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
