📋 Description

  • Train and support the New Innovations product suite.
  • Deliver phone and in-person customer trainings.
  • Write and develop product docs, FAQs, and training content.
  • Train a web-based software via phone/web sharing nationally and internationally.
  • Troubleshoot with end users and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate in Agile teams with PMs/devs as customer advocate.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Education, Customer Service, Account Management and/or Sales.
  • Proactive self-directed attitude with time management skills.
  • Adapt communication style toward different audiences.
  • Willing to travel occasionally nationally and internationally.
  • Strong communication skills over the phone and in person.
  • Training experience designing, producing, and presenting training material.
