- Support reagents activities in the Operations Clinical Laboratories
- Prepare and qualify molecular diagnostic reagents
- Perform QC tests on incoming raw materials and small-scale manufacturing reagents
- Review data for compliance to specifications and report abnormalities
- Maintain and improve QC documentation for materials and testing
- Support Incoming Quality Control activities as needed
🎯 Requirements
- BS/BA in Biological Sciences Biology Chemistry or related field
- 1+ years QC experience in a Clinical laboratory environment (preferred)
- Relevant Molecular Biology and Cell Culture experience strongly preferred
- Adaptability and flexibility in a frequently changing environment
- Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced Team environment
- Excellent interpersonal communication troubleshooting and problem solving skills
