📋 Description

  • Define and own GTM for public sector buyers across state and local health plans.
  • Lead end-to-end deals: prospecting, discovery, pricing, RFP/RFI, contracting.
  • Build targeted account lists and territory plans for Medicaid and state/local programs.
  • Drive revenue growth and expand public sector relationships through pilots and scale programs.
  • Own the pipeline and forecast for public sector accounts.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise healthcare sales with public sector or government experience.
  • Deep familiarity with Medicaid/Medicare Advantage and public sector dynamics.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles and RFPs.
  • Strong understanding of government funding and budget cycles.
  • Ability to translate clinical programs into clear economic cases for decision-makers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft proposals and executive presentations.
