🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years closing complex SLED Enterprise deals; quota-carrying in a consumption-based/usage-model environment.
  • Proficient in MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks to manage pipeline and win high-confidence deals.
  • Strong value storytelling and demos; map Elastic's capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Excellent negotiation skills; track record of landing multi-year, high-ACV contracts.
  • Domain and cloud fluency: discuss cloud economics, usage-based pricing, and data architectures.
  • Cross-functional collaboration; partner with internal teams to accelerate deals and deliver outcomes.
