- Strong value storytelling and demos; map Elastic's capabilities to business outcomes.
- Excellent negotiation skills; track record of landing multi-year, high-ACV contracts.
- Domain and cloud fluency: discuss cloud economics, usage-based pricing, and data architectures.
- Cross-functional collaboration; partner with internal teams to accelerate deals and deliver outcomes.
