📋 Description

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and med management for youths.
• Build connections with patients and families; educate on care options.
• Monitor progress toward goals and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver integrated care.
• Empower families with education and support throughout treatment.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and high clinical standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in nursing; PMHNP-BC; 1+ year independent pediatric psychiatry practice.
• Active Pennsylvania PMHNP/CRNP/APN license, DEA license, and prescriptive authority.
• 12+ hours/week after-school hours (after 4 pm ET) with weekend availability.
• In-person at least 2 days/week; hybrid remote/in-person schedule.
• Warm, patient-centered approach with strong relationships with patients and families.
• Collaborative with therapists and interdisciplinary teams.
