- Engineer in Training certificate
- Experience developing construction documents, plans & specs
- Wave analysis experience
- Master’s degree in Civil/Structural/Coastal Eng with geotech emphasis
- 10+ years experience in coastal/environmental engineering
- Experience integrating engineering with environmental sciences and regulators
- Experience with Optimoor software
