Program Manager, Operations Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Establish standard reports for program status, issues/risks, and accomplishments
• Represent infrastructure teams in enabling autonomous driving at Zoox sites
• Consolidate sites, projects, and tickets into one program for delivery and reporting of on-site driving
• Bridge the gap between software, safety, product, operations, and infrastructure teams to ensure cohesive site planning
• Define scalable infrastructure enablement processes for many sites in many cities
• Build decision-making into new sites accounting for operational costs, vehicle requirements, and software features

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, business, environmental studies, or equivalent
• 5+ years overall experience and 3+ years in program management or management consulting
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment to achieve business objectives
• Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise, and problem-solve
• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects with various stakeholders
• Data organization and analysis experience with Jira, Excel, and Google Suite
