🎯 Requirements
- 5-7 years of program management in regulatory, compliance, hardware, product/technical, or risk.
- Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional programs.
- Experience managing hardware compliance programs and working with hardware teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Strong ability to translate regulatory requirements into implementation plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency with Jira, Asana, Smartsheet and data viz tools (Mode, Tableau, Excel).
