🎯 Requirements

- 8+ years in prognostics, health monitoring, reliability engineering, or related.
- Strong understanding of failure modes, degradation, and reliability fundamentals.
- Experience deploying prognostic, anomaly detection, or health monitoring methods.
- Experience with field data, sensor data, maintenance data, and failure analysis.
- Strong quantitative skills; experience with statistical modeling or ML for health.
