Serve as the Green Light authority; verify build books, torque logs, and certificates.
Ensure vehicles meet engineering and safety criteria.
Oversee vehicle movement through end-of-line phases.
Identify and clear hurdles in repair/testing to maintain delivery cadence.
Partner with Logistics to schedule transport and prioritize urgent units.
Primary contact for internal/external customers on delivery timelines and status.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in fast-paced manufacturing, preferably automotive.
5+ years leading and managing teams.
Skilled in organizing daily resources and cross-functional teams.
Familiar with MES, JIRA, and Google Workspace.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Experience in high-volume manufacturing, flow-through or delivery logistics.
