🎯 Requirements

4+ years in product management, analytics, or related roles
Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decisions
Ability to own and drive projects from idea to execution
Experience working cross-functional with technical and non-technical teams
Curiosity in fintech, marketplaces, or growth focused product work
