Collaborate with UX, product, engineering, and marketing to shape design.
Regularly run design reviews to get feedback and iterate.
Lead and support user research to generate insights.
Establish design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Create AI-first experiences using AI tools to speed ideation.

🎯 Requirements

Experience with holistic design, including journey mapping.
UX research fluency to be data-driven and insights-led.
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
Curiosity and desire to learn and evolve.
Fluency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC).
Must be located in British Columbia, Alberta or Ontario and work EST hours.
