📋 Description

• Engage with customers post-sales to develop Appian solutions.
• Lead projects through full life cycle to deliver software and AI solutions.
• Work in an agile environment to align business processes and tech needs.
• Launch production relational data models and APIs for integration.
• Mentor consultants and collaborate with Appian Architects and Delivery Managers.
• Brainstorm AI use cases and implement Appian AI tools (RAG, prompts).

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on software development or technical consulting.
• B.S./B.A. in Engineering, CS, IS, Mathematics or related field.
• Willingness to travel; 10% or less annually.
• Mentoring and leadership experience in post-sale implementations.
• Strong ability to gather requirements and define business processes.
• Excellent communication, continuous learning, problem solving.
