🎯 Requirements

• PhD in education/learning sciences or related field; 12+ years experience
• Expertise in rigorous applied research; RCTs, quasi-experimental, large-scale analyses
• Apply high scientific standards in product settings; industry judgment
• Deep understanding of learning; connect outcomes to mechanisms
• Exceptional communication; translate findings for diverse audiences
• Advanced quantitative skills; fluent in R or Python; proficient with SQL
• People leadership; experience managing researchers and teams
• Operational strength; highly organized; manage multiple initiatives
