Coordinate with the lead guide to plan, implement, and manage the classroom using Montessori principles.
Manage physical care of children.
Ensure daily care of each child following procedures, standards, and licensing.
Observe and document each child’s progress regularly.
Prepare and maintain the environment based on observations of children's needs.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3 years of experience in early childhood education.
Montessori/RIE caregiving techniques knowledge.
Positive Discipline knowledge.
Strong observation and documentation skills.
Effective oral and written communication.
