Community Manager, Affiliates

📋 Description

• Acquire affiliates via targeted outbound to organizers.
• Onboard & Activate: kickoff 1:1 onboarding calls and weekly launch sessions.
• Drive referrals: coach affiliates on warm introductions that convert.
• Manage referrals end-to-end: from submission to demo scheduling with AEs.
• Build & retain the community: develop relationships and momentum.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in a customer-facing revenue role.
• Manage a large, diverse book of relationships at scale.
• Strong communicator with sharp attention to detail.
• Experience with creators, organizers, freelancers, or community ecosystems.
• Highly organized and relationship-driven; you’re a people person.
• Familiar with WhatsApp, HubSpot, Airtable, Zapier.
