PMHNP Residency Program - Hybrid

📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnoses for children/adolescents with treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychotherapists on integrated treatment plans.
• Work from our Pittsburgh clinic up to 3 days/week (hybrid).
• Meet residency cohort and supervisor to discuss progress regularly.
• Educate patients and families; manage diagnostic testing and lab results.
• Maintain records per HIPAA; participate in weekly clinical meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• National PMHNP certification.
• 40-hour week; 12 hours after 4 pm ET or on weekends.
• In-person at Pittsburgh clinic up to 3 days/week.
• MS in PMHNP; graduated within 12 months or <1 year experience.
• Active PA PMHNP license and DEA (or on track).
• Upon residency completion, join Blackbird for 2 more years.
