Platform Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end systems engineering for sensing, perception, maps, and localization.
• Architect AV requirements using analytical methods for sensing, mapping, and pose estimation.
• Own the requirements contracts for sensing, perception, and localization.
• Lead cross-functional integration between AI, software, hardware, and safety teams.
• Validate requirements with physical and simulated data.
• Advance sensor model simulation and data generation for AVs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of autonomous vehicles, robotics, or aerospace experience.
• Strong AV domain expertise: sensing, perception, mapping, and localization.
• Deep knowledge of sensor physics, signal processing, data acquisition/management.
• Systems Engineering and Verification & Validation best practices.
• Working knowledge of ISO 26262 functional safety standards.
• Programming skills in Python and C++.
