- Experience meeting/exceeding sales revenue goals
- Strong grasp of performance, data, and measurement; use data to craft strategies
- Ability to partner with product/engineering to translate customer needs
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment; self-starter; delivers results
- Fluent in German and English
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- A passion for Pinterest
