People Business Partner

📋 Description

• Be the primary People contact for Golden-based employees
• Answer questions on policies, benefits, leaves, and accommodations
• Connect employees to resources; partner on workplace experience
• Onsite during company-wide People rollouts and updates
• Support onboarding and first 6 months for new hires
• Coach managers on feedback, performance, and team dynamics

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years in People or HR
• Generalist or site People role
• Strong employee relations experience with sound judgment
• Clear communicator who builds trust quickly
• Able to handle a wide range of requests
• High integrity, discretion, and follow-through
