📋 Description

  • Support sales with technical inputs in client pitches (WhatsApp API, SMS)
  • Coordinate with BSPs, telcos, and partners (Meta) for enablement & approvals
  • Handle onboarding: template approvals, sender verification, API docs
  • Monitor uptime and platform health; assist in incident management
  • Assist client training, UAT, and post-sale configuration queries
  • Operator coordination, payments, PR generation, etc

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–5 years in tech ops or pre/post-sales roles
  • Experience with WhatsApp Business API and CPaaS
  • Coordination with BSPs, telcos, and partners (Meta)

  • Uptime monitoring and basic incident management
