Senior Security Lead

📋 Description

• Lead the development and implementation of cloud security strategies, policies, and standards for AWS environments.
• Demonstrate strong experience with cloud security tools such as CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP, preferably with platforms like Prisma Cloud and Cortex Cloud.
• Design and oversee secure cloud architectures, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
• Manage IAM policies, enforce least-privilege principles, and maintain secure authentication mechanisms.
• Collaborate with DevOps, engineering, and product teams to embed security best practices into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps).
• Respond to cloud security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement remediation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in information security, with at least 3+ years focused on cloud security.
• Strong expertise in AWS cloud security services and architecture.
• Experience with container security (EKS, ECS, Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless environments (Lambda).
• Hands-on experience with security automation and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Security – Specialty, CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are strongly preferred.
