Role Overview: We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to support our merchant sales and account management teams. The role involves managing offer configurations, merchant account-level updates, invoicing, and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Configure and maintain merchant offers, pricing, and discounts within internal systems.

2.Execute MDR (Merchant Discount Rate) and VAS (Value-Added Services) updates as per approved requests.

3.Ensure all merchant account changes comply with internal approval and audit processes.

4.Maintain accurate merchant data across CRM and internal sales platforms.

5.Process and verify merchant invoices in coordination with Finance and Sales teams.

6.Track billing cycles, adjustments, and settlements to ensure accuracy.

7.Support monthly and quarterly reconciliation exercises for key merchant accounts.

8.Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports covering sales performance, merchant activity, and operational metrics.

9.Perform data analysis to identify revenue trends, offer utilization, and merchant behavior insights.

10.Support leadership and cross-functional teams

11. Coordinate with Tech, Finance, and Product teams to troubleshoot and resolve merchant-related issues.

12.Monitor major merchant accounts to proactively flag issues and ensure smooth payment operations.

13.Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within the sales operations workflow.

14.Partner with Product and Engineering teams to enhance internal tools and reporting systems.

15.Drive consistency in operational processes, documentation, and data hygiene across systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

2.1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Merchant Support within a Fintech / Payments / Banking environment.

3.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets;

4.Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and internal operations tools.

5.Understanding of payment processing, merchant lifecycle management, and fintech business models.

6.Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
