Key Responsibilities:
IT Procurement Management:
Lead end-to-end procurement activities for IT hardware, software, services, and infrastructure.
Prepare and issue RFPs, RFQs and RFIs to potential IT vendors.
Vendor & Supplier Management:
Identify, evaluate, and onboard IT suppliers in the procurement system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key IT vendors and service providers.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with SLAs and contractual obligations.
Sourcing & Negotiation:
Source competitive quotations for IT products and services.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings and value for money.
Purchase Requisition & Order Processing:
Review and validate IT-related purchase requisitions from internal departments.
Convert approved PRs into POs and follow up with vendors for order confirmation and timely delivery.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies, IT governance, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of procurement agreements, contracts, and vendor communications.
Reporting & Analytics:
Maintain procurement MIS and trackers for IT spend, vendor performance, and contract lifecycle.
Provide regular reports and insights to management on IT procurement metrics.
