📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payroll operations for Brazil (EOR/GP)
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing
• Govern reconciliations and root-cause analysis to improve ops
• Serve as Brazil payroll subject matter expert
• Collaborate with Finance to validate funding and accruals
• Maintain audit-ready payroll documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Several years experience processing Brazil payroll end-to-end
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor law and statutory contributions
• Detailed monthly payroll reconciliations and validations
• Structured root-cause analysis and risk mitigation
• Partner with Finance on journal entries and payroll funding
• Experience in EOR or global payroll environments (preferred)
