  • Set up service providers and customers for payments.
  • Monitor provider emails; ensure accurate invoice processing within SLAs.
  • Process customer Home Care Package administration in internal and external systems.
  • Review and approve high volumes of invoices and reimbursements per procedures.
  • Respond to payments, billing, and statements inquiries within SLAs.
  • Manage customer/provider accounts; update profiles with enquiry summaries.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in accounts administration or finance ops with high-volume processing.
  • Solid understanding of payments, invoicing, reconciliations, and data accuracy.
  • Experience with multiple systems (CRM, accounting, ERP).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve discrepancies.
  • Clear professional written and verbal communication with customers and providers.
  • Strong organization, time management, and ability to meet SLAs.
