🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in healthcare across BD, product, partnerships, or strategy.
  • Deep understanding of payer landscape: health plan economics and value-based care.
  • Experience with revenue cycle management infrastructure and tools.
  • Track record closing complex enterprise healthcare deals with revenue impact.
  • Experience selling 0β†’1; shaping what gets built, not just sold.
  • Relationships with health plan executives and/or health IT platform leaders.
  • Comfort with ambiguity; move between strategy, execution, and closing.
