- Triage partner requests and coordinate responses with internal teams
- Build trusted relationships with partner stakeholders and clinician users
- Own partner project plans including milestones owners timelines and risks
- Coordinate cross-functional work across product, engineering, clinical success and sales to meet commitments
π― Requirements
- 3+ years in partner success, customer success or account management
- Experience with enterprise customers; healthcare or health tech preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills; manage multiple partners
- Clear, confident communicator able to work with clinicians and executive stakeholders
- Technical aptitude and comfort learning complex software workflows
- Familiarity with CRM, customer success and project management tools
