  • Independently manage day-to-day partner relationships, primary contact for assigned accounts
  • Run recurring partner status calls, agenda setting and action follow-through
  • Triage partner requests and coordinate responses with internal teams
  • Build trusted relationships with partner stakeholders and clinician users
  • Own partner project plans including milestones owners timelines and risks
  • Coordinate cross-functional work across product, engineering, clinical success and sales to meet commitments

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in partner success, customer success or account management
  • Experience with enterprise customers; healthcare or health tech preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; manage multiple partners
  • Clear, confident communicator able to work with clinicians and executive stakeholders
  • Technical aptitude and comfort learning complex software workflows
  • Familiarity with CRM, customer success and project management tools
