  • Connect Partner Sales with internal teams to align programs to revenue goals.
  • Build and manage relationships with external partner teams, messaging and assets.
  • Own program budgets for named partners, tracking spend and optimizing allocation.
  • Report on partner marketing KPIs with actionable recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7–8 years of experience in partner marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • End-to-end partner marketing ownership, including events, co-marketing, and demand gen.
  • Strong track record partnering with sales teams and external partners to drive pipeline.
  • Excellent project management across multiple programs and deadlines.
  • Data-driven with experience reporting marketing performance and pipeline metrics.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
