- Generate partner-sourced enterprise opportunities in APAC with direct sales alignment
- Build and execute a regional partner GTM plan aligned to territory strategy
- Establish an APAC co-selling cadence with AEs: mapping, partner selection, joint engagement
- Recruit, onboard, and activate key APAC implementation partners; ensure coverage
- Support enterprise sales by bringing the right partner into discovery and proposals
- Partner with RevOps and CS to ensure attribution, handover, and expansion opportunities
๐ฏ Requirements
- 5+ years in partner management, alliances, channel sales, or ecosystem roles in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record driving pipeline and revenue via partners in enterprise co-selling
- Experience working with Enterprise AEs on territory plans, account strategy, qualification, and complex deal execution
- Strong understanding of APAC agency/SI landscape and enterprise digital transformation buying patterns (Australia-first a plus)
- Analytical rigor: define KPIs, run partner reviews/QBRs, and using data to focus investments
