🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or IT related fields (Master’s degree a plus).
- 5+ years in partner management, channel development, sales, business development, consulting, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven ability to recruit/onboard/scale SIs, distributors, or consultancies; drive partner revenue.
- Strong GTM, co-selling, and enablement understanding; iPaaS/Automation a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving market dynamics and partner requirements while delivering value.
- Self-starter with data-driven, results-oriented approach; manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
