- 5+ years in Operations, Chief of Staff, or PM leading PDE.
- Proven track record enabling a high-functioning Product and Engineering org.
- Strategic planning and goal setting with OKRs or similar.
- Process improvement to document and implement scalable SOPs.
- Strong written and verbal communication for exec-level narratives.
- Technical fluency with SDLC and product/engineering methodologies.
