π― Requirements
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- ATS experience β Ashby preferred (Lever/Greenhouse or similar)
- 3β5 years full-cycle recruiting across tech and non-tech roles
- Proven success recruiting internationally across multiple time zones
- Fluency with modern sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent communities, Boolean/X-ray)
- Data-driven mindset: set SLAs, read funnel metrics, and iterate to hit targets
