Senior Corporate Counsel

📋 Description

• Scale PagerDuty’s global privacy program with training and tools.
• Counsel on privacy for customer deals, including DPAs and questionnaires.
• Advise on marketing/privacy issues affecting campaigns.
• Collaborate across Product, Security, and IT on privacy matters.
• Monitor privacy laws and trends; liaise with outside counsel as needed.
• Support time-sensitive privacy initiatives and incident response.

🎯 Requirements

• A law degree and active U.S. state bar membership in good standing.
• Authorized to practice law where based, or eligible for in-house status.
• 6+ years of applicable legal experience in law firms, in-house, or government.
• 3+ years of hands-on privacy experience.
