π― Requirements
- 4+ years in Revenue Enablement or CS Enablement.
- Proven success designing end-to-end enablement programs with measurable impact on retention.
- Experience partnering with Director- and VP-level stakeholders to translate goals into roadmaps.
- Strong program management from strategy to hands-on execution.
- Expertise in building clear playbooks for complex customer conversations (saves, renewals).
- Hands-on experience with enablement/CX tools (LMS, Guru, CRM or CS platforms).
