🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in Revenue Enablement or CS Enablement.
  • Proven success designing end-to-end enablement programs with measurable impact on retention.
  • Experience partnering with Director- and VP-level stakeholders to translate goals into roadmaps.
  • Strong program management from strategy to hands-on execution.
  • Expertise in building clear playbooks for complex customer conversations (saves, renewals).
  • Hands-on experience with enablement/CX tools (LMS, Guru, CRM or CS platforms).
